I love to support my black women that are living their dream as entrepreneurs. However, when I book a service, I seek professionalism. Offering servic...es like eyebrow waxing, lashes, and facials, etc, I expect a more relaxed and calming environment. While visiting The Pink Haus, there was a lot of loud banter back and forth between the service providers and some clients, as well as a lack of communication as to what was going on with my service as there were pauses and someone else being serviced at the same time with no acknowledgment to me. I understand having fun in your place of business as well as fitting other clients in where you can, but the conversations being held out loud was not appealing to me. I do still however, wish the young ladies the best. There is always room for growth. Show more
