Well didn't go well what so ever.. From out of town visiting family . I needed haircut so booked near family residence .. 3 blocks away and was confir...med .. I am physically disabled so walked three blocks for appointment and was told by barber Fred he did not use booksky.. showed young lady at entrance my phone confirmation.. He spoke to me in spanish and said he could not help me oh well.. i use this app all the time and never experienced anything like this.. called uber for pickup to walmart hair salon... walked in got cut no appointment Awesome service .. Its to bad businesses sometimes discriminate for what ever reason .. Sorry but would not recommend this plce is all.. Show more
