Christopher was friendly and the shop environment was professional. I came in requesting a soft mullet with a low taper and provided a clear referenc...e photo. Despite discussing the look beforehand, the taper was cut significantly higher than requested and most of the back was taken down with clippers. The most concerning part was that the top was not cut at all. It was left the same length (around 4 inches) and uneven, which created a disconnected and unbalanced result. I should not have had to go home and attempt to even it out myself, and I ultimately had to visit a second shop the following day to have it corrected. This was not a minor difference in interpretation — it did not reflect the reference photo or what we discussed during the consultation. I left feeling disappointed with the overall execution.
