Va Beach location. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience. When I walked in, I was told that I booked with a stylist that no longer works at... the establishment “as of 2 days ago”. Blank stares - from the staff and me. As the customer, what on earth am I supposed to do with that info.? Rather than accommodate me for the inconvenience by offering me a same day appointment with a qualified stylist, I was told that I could book with a different stylist (Liara) the next day (a Sunday) at 10 pm, yes, PM. Once the stylist provided me with her contact info and my $60 deposit was paid, she proceeds to tell me that I have to wash and dry my own hair because she isn’t licensed, and pay a squeeze in fee of $40. She then reschedules my appointment on the day of, and says that I still have to pay the squeeze in fee. Girl, bye. Best of all, she keeps my deposit. Horrible staffing. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional to say the least. As a fellow industry service provider, I’ll be sure to spread the word not to visit this salon. Show more

Nice vibe, friendly atmosphere. Cut my hair 3 months ago from having locs for 8 years. Needed a protective style to help my hair grow. First time ever... getting crochet. I got the passion twist. She took her time and braided my hair nice and neat with it being very short. She did such a neat job and I was very shocked how quick the process was. Like forreal, in awww.
