I needed to find a barber due to my barber retiring. I was recommended to Chess Cuts by a co-worker. I booked on line and Chess got back with me immed...iately and guided me through the process. I was able to get scheduled that same day. Upon arriving at the shop, I was greeted and he was ready for me. I was in and out in about 30 minutes for a cut. I am so pleased with his service and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back. Chess was very professional and exceeded my expectations Show more

This was my first time scheduling an appointment with this barber. I initially called to let him know that the address in Booksy took me somewhere tha...t wasn’t his shop. I ended up finding out where the shop by asking the lady in the salon next door. But Chess never picked up any of my calls nor did he answer any of my messages (shown in screenshot) This extremely unprofessional since there’s is a $40 cancellation fee that will most likely be taken out of my account. Be wary of booking this barber. Show more
