I have been holding back on writing this review for a long time, because i think Francisco and his wife is really nice people. However, our 4 year re...lationship has finally come to a sad ending. I think like most cleaners, in the beginning, they do such a good job, but as time goes on, things get sloppier and they seem to not care to come anymore or come when they want. Here is my biggest complaint: #1, NEVER On time and they will never call or message to let us know when they are running late. #2. Poor communication, he won't answer even if i call and theys forever to reply to any messages. #3. Rescheduling/Cancellation!!! I mean, this happens on the day of rhe appointment! Example: Our appointment is at 10am, i waited till 10:35 to message and see if they were in the way. 15 mins later, i will get a message back that they can't make it today, if we can reschedule?!?!?! Like seriously?!?!? What is the point of going online ro this stupid app to book an appointment, then get a reminder appointment the night before and sometimes a text confirming, but yet, 45mins after our original appointment time saying CANCELLING! Throughout the 4 years, I've gotten 7 rescheduled and 3 Cancelled appointments. The reason will always be someone is sick 100%. Common sense is you reschedule or if need to cancel, you let your customer know before not after!!! Like I said, they do an okay job when they are there, but unfortunately we will no longer waste our time anymore. Good luck! Show more
