      *BOOKING POLICY* Thank you to my clients. Mirrored by Myrras welcomes new potential clients, I am excited about creating a long lasting relationship with you and your hair. Your appointments are very important to me and is reserved especially for you. *CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING I understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary; however, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you cancel within 48 hours and reschedule again within that 48 hour period, you may use your deposit as a ONE time courtesy to reschedule. Our policy reserves the right to require a major credit card or debit card for scheduling of all appointments for deposits! Deposits are to be sent to $Queencityy or may also be brought into the salon the day of your booking. All deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE. In the event Mirrored by Myrras calls to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a 24 hour notice, we hold ourselves accountable as well. You the client will receive 10% off of your next scheduled salon visit. I allow my clients to be up to 15 minutes late before your appointment will be cancelled and your non-refundable deposit will be retained. If you cancel within 48 hours and reschedule again within that 48 hour period, you may use your deposit as a one time courtesy to reschedule. “NO-SHOWS” Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will not be refunded the deposit of the original service booked. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. SERVICE REFUNDS Mirrored by Myrras does not offer monetary refunds on services endered. CONFIRMATION CALLS As a courtesy, I try my best and make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. I may call or txt to confirm your service one to two days prior to your appointment. I confirm 24 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked days, to weeks and months before. However, it is **your** responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.
