This was a disappointing experience for me personally. I didn’t appreciate the lack of connection during the appointments, and as of recently at times... when addressing adjustments I wanted the interaction came across as semi-rude. My barber also showed up late because of returning from lunch, which set things back. Lastly, I’ve noticed some inconsistencies in the cut over my last few visits. That said, I understand this is just my experience, and I’m sure William does great work for others. No hard feelings, just sharing honest feedback. Show more
