I booked an appointment for 4/2/24. I received a phone call a day before my service from Londa expressing that she was unable to do my hair because “i...t’s my only day off” but nonetheless she was apologetic so i was agreeable to reschedule for today 4/5/24 at 12:00 pm. I arrived to the shop early at 11:40 and I see londa being dropped off at the salon/barbershop. I walk in at 11:58 and she is doing someone else’s hair and she is nowhere near done. So she looks over to me and says oh I pushed your appointment back to 12:30, you didn’t get the notification? 👁️👄👁️ Clearly not. I checked my text messages and my phone log….nothing. So I check my email and I see that she changed the appt time to 12:30 an hour before my service, and she didn’t have the courtesy to call me to see if it was ok I never agreed to that, and who sits around checking their email??? Insult to injury she didn’t even skip a beat she just kept working like nothing was wrong. Very unprofessional and the barber who she shares a space with was literally smoking weed outside of the shop. Never again. Needless to say I just got up and left. I texted her requesting a refund and I haven’t received a text back yet. Show more
