Yes, you are right! It was a last minute service and I usually do a consultation prior to any of these type of services.. But I wanted to help you since it is not easy to find hair and makeup artists the night before of and event. I even mentioned that the room were I was doing your hair was very Humid. But this does not reflect my work, I asked you if you liked everything and you said yes, thank you very much! And texted me 1 hour later that you hair did not last.. I asked you to send me a picture and never did. Like I said I am sorry to hear this, I have been doing this for 13 years and this review does not reflect my work at all!!! Lesson learned…
