We had 2 appointments today, on an already tight schedule. Our appointments were at 8:15am & 8:40am for a mens haircut & shave. When we arrive, Q_kutz...00 was finishing up a haircut, which went into our allotted time slot, then walks in another patron & he takes him over our appointments. We left with no haircuts. Show more
