I arrived on time to my appointment Liliana continued to file her nails as I waited approximately (5-7 mins) while I considered that rude, it wasn’t a... deterrent. Lilliana was curt throughout the service. I felt uncomfortable making comments about the service. When I made a comment about seeing the color she responded “I was going to show you.” When I made a comment about my thumbs not properly being dried she stated “that’s why I told you to place you thumb flat” (which I did) I told her I believe it didn’t dry because her UV lamp was flickering and may have needed more time to dry. She appeared visibly annoyed and stated “I’ve used this lamp before and never had an issue, place your thumbs flat!” To top it off I did not like my nails she did not consult about the shape just the nail length my nails were bumpy had dents in some places and the shape was in consistent. A picture of her own work was shown of what I wanted and still didn’t execute it properly. I was hoping this was my new nail tech based on her work shown but I won’t be returning. It was a waste of money as I soaked off my nails the same day. Show more

Hi Rachell, thanks for the insight on your experience. I’m really sorry that you felt that way. Past reviews can prove that that’s not how I operate. But it’s fine Thanks for pointing out those issues. That being said, it’s only fair to point out a few details. Why I kept filing my nails, your appointment wad for 1pm and you arrived at 12:35 and sat directly into my station. I don’t have a lot of time to do my nails and if I have 30 min to spare and fix them, I’ll fixed them! so I finished my filing and proceeded to attend you. Nail Shape, you scheduled an overlay, which clearly I discussed the shape and talked to you about it (thats why you have a tip) Went to the back to show you more options of color. You don’t have to like my work. There’s different nail tech for each customer depending on tastes. But leaving a bad review based on incomplete facts, isn’t nice. Thanks for pointing out the problem with lamp. I boughth one the very same day.
