Hello Jackie, When you reached out to ask for a refund for your deposit, I sent you 2 screenshots for clarification - the 1st screenshot was the message between you and our nail tech, where she explains that she can move you over to the next available tech so you did not need to cancel your appointment. The 2nd screenshot was a copy of our booking consent form that you signed, acknowledging that appointment deposits are nonrefundable. I apologize if the response came off aggressive, that was not the intention. I was not blaming you for cancelling your appointment, I was explaining verbatim that on our booking consent form that you signed, appointments need to be rescheduled if you want the deposit transferred. There is no scenario where you would have showed up to your appointment and be faced with an empty chair. We reached out via your phone number on file and when we didn't hear a response, we were able to reach out via Instagram. You still chose to cancel your appointment, forfeiting your deposit, and you rebooked with someone else. I am suprised to see you left a 1 star review because you did apologize for the misunderstanding and then asked for a credit towards future services. I explained that we cannot make an exception for you because it would not be fair to our techs and clients that do uphold our policies. However, I appreciate your feedback. These policies are put in place to protect our staff and our clients.
