Great barber if he shows up. 5 out of my last 7 appointments - rescheduled or cancelled. Out of those 5 - three were texted less than 30 minutes be...fore the appointment in some cases less than 15 minutes. The last two cancellations - a last minute text with a promise to reschedule ... never did. The last one was a no call no show with my wife waiting their with our son for 30 minutes ... still waiting on a response. I see other reviews are similar - emergencies happen however - circumstances don't change responsibilities and we are the things we repeatedly do... extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
