HONEST REVIEW!!! I never write reviews an I’m not a customer to complain, & I always tip very well ANYTIME I have a service! I went here for a loc app...ointment having entire faith in Jug, The Barber , and I should have went with my gut instinct due to the fact he has NO PICTURES OF HIS LOC WORK! I even asked him throughout the appointment, at least twice if he was familiar with doing locks, and when the last time he did locs was, he said that he does them all the time and is very familiar, so I tried to relax, he assured me that I would be very satisfied with my hair and I would look 10 times better when he was done! that was a complete lie! I have never had my hair looks so bad after being done. The product he used was not even loc gel and it completely flaked up and turned white and I had to lightly re-wash it, It looks as if I haven’t even gotten them done! He is literally the eighth person that has ever done my locks and my hair has been worse than (3 months due) at times an it’s has NEVER looked this bad! I will not go back to him for locks ever again! He should stick to cutting hair nothing more! I attached some before an after pictures! The last pic is before the rest are after! AND THESE PICTURES ARE BEFORE I LIGHTLY WASHED IT! I’m sure he is going to try and say I Washed it and messed it up!! smh!! Show more

I would like to apologize for your bad experience here..understanding that the product I used didn’t work with your hair and the flaking was because of that product but you are NOT supposed to wash your hair after getting retwisted...that caused your hair to look undone ...I handed you the mirror before you left and it was fine….your hair did not look like that when you left....i even offered to redo it when you texted me and u chose not to respond but to come here and speak negatively of me! I appreciate you giving me a chance and I hope you find the right person to fix your hair. Take care
