(From my wife) Ya’ll got to do better with appointments. The guys don’t know who’s coming in and confused when we told them we had an appointment at 1...1am. Who’s the barber for the appointment! Then bypass us and got 3 heads in front of my son. Make it make sense. Already owe me a free cut for messing up his lining. At least have the barber that’s taking the appointment to text and confirm a client is coming. Been sitting over an hour and counting. Some type of communication on wait times. No interaction with clients at all, just sitting. Show more

My son's haircut is on point. I believe Lamont may have cut it today. Due to unforseen health issues, my son's barber after 6 or more years of us go...ing to him... is no longer cutting right now so we had to find another barber quickly so we chose Fade Doc. They are quick but on point. I made a last minute appt today and still got in at the time i wanted. My son will be coming on a regular. Show more
