Awful. She lost our business. She never showed up again! Third time my son has had an appt and she no shows. I do not know how she stays in business. ... We are going elsewhere. I would not recommend this place. In regards to her saying it was only two times is completely false. It was three times. The first time we said ok things happen no biggie. Second time my son waited for almost an hour and she never showed. There was no communication because my number is the one on the account. She doesn’t have my son’s number. I texted several times got no response and she finally shows up hours later and says oh yeah he can come in now. Like no big deal. Today she never even showed up I called the girl there at the barber shop she said yeah I don’t know where she is. I tried calling her. So that girl ended up cutting my son’s hair an hour after his appt because she had a client. Never once got a text from shyla saying I’m running late etc. y had an appt because I booked it. She never communicated. Again never going there again. Zero communication. It’s awful! She is not who I would recommend Show more
