Hair looked great right after! However, four days later, individual braids detached from my hair! Never experienced that before and I have had box bra...ids previously! I’m very disappointed because I paid $180.00 for this hairstyle and I feel it was money wasted. Anyway, I reached out to Obo aka Nikki and she stated she was out of town and will not return until October 15th? Wow!She apologized that my hair is falling apart, but never stated on compensation. Never again! My natural hair is ear length (see photo below)! If you were not able to achieve the results I was looking for, I would’ve respected your honest opinion and went elsewhere. I even asked repeatedly, you assured me that you can braid the back portions. It was just you and me in the owner’s salon and you never discussed with me of the possibilities of my hair detaching from the extensions. Why are you lying like this? BAD BUSINESS! But it’s okay! I’ll take the loss! You made it clear that you don’t care! Thanks for NOTHING! Show more

THIS IS YOUR FAULT!! Thanks for your review but it don’t bother me. You booked for box braids and your came in with human hair that you want micro. Can you take a picture of your hair and post it on my Booksy for people to see how short your hair was ?? Extremely short and you don’t have hair no single hair in the front. I told you it will slide out but I can grip it to but make sure you don’t be moving it around…… I’m out of the country currently in Africa right now do you want me to fly back 14 hours to fix your hair ??? What compensation you want ? At least you should have let me get back from my trip to Africa and see if I wouldn’t call you…… I have picture of your hair/head I’ll post it on my Booksy once I’m back for people to judge….. if you like you can give no single star I do not care because you are so ridiculous. You knw how damaged and short your hair was ? Seriously I’m not surprised at all with this your comment. I’m out of the country visiting my parents and I told you that very single day… please make sure I don’t see your leg in my shop again. Thank you!!
