The product was great, and I’ve received many compliments. The service, however, was not qualitative. Unfortunately, I had to wait an hour after my or...iginally scheduled appointment. I understand that life happens, but there was no clear communication from the stylists at the salon or the stylist I booked. Furthermore, the hour wait came after an initial call to the salon inquiring about my appointment time and a confirmation from Booksy. I’m grateful for the stylist that took me in Lele’s place. I think she’s extremely gifted and skilled at what she does. She’s efficient! I just hoped for more professionalism; they absolutely have the skills. Show more

Queen provided excellent hair care for my son. However, was often late, and once cancelled 45 mins after my appointment was supposed to start. Also, i...t took several hours to complete my son’s hair, where he admitted that she was doing more than one head at a time. That’s why I gave 3 stars. I would recommend her services to someone else, however I will warn them of the unprofessionalism. I love supporting black businesses, but I am taking my business elsewhere. Show more
