Ray doesn't follow client's instructions. It's the 3rd time he's done it - giving me a totally different haircut than what I asked for. Yesterday was ...worse, I wanted him to keep more hair at the back of my head than the top, he didn't. The way he curves the fade didn't match up to the haircut I showed him as a sample. I hope he can use this feedback to do a better job next time. See photo below of what I wanted vs what he did and be the judge. Show more
