Hello Keith. I would like to apologize for the unprofessional experience you had. Unfortunately yesterday and today I have been experiencing issues with my cell phone providers which have been completely out of my control. My Booksy was suppose to be closed as I was at the company trying to sort out the issues. Booksy should not have allowed you to make the appointment… I wasn’t notified or aware of it on my end. I apologize again for that. I was not receiving calls or text. Booksy will never charge your card for something on my end that is wrong…. If you would like to come in for a discounted cut for your troubles I would definitely be willing to compensate for your inconveniences.
