Sorry to inconvenience you guys. I will take the review into consideration and not to heart. I can and will be better with my communication. However, if I saw this review before March 27th, when I made up you and your sister’s appointment on a week I had my kids to take care of, I would have gladly sent the $20 back to you. I made sure we had such a good conversation that day, despite the haughty energy I felt from past appointments (and this one). We at M3 enjoyed each moment, tattoo and collab we’ve done together. Hate to see you go, love ya.
