For over $60 this is disappointing. Edit Hat hair ? CLEARLY The cut ended up uneven, and it became even more clear during the appointment that he was...n’t as knowledgeable as he initially claimed. I had high hopes when I booked with Alex, especially after reaching out to him weeks before my appointment to discuss my haircut and make sure everything would be done right. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. I reached out to Alex after my haircut — respectfully — to let him know the cut was uneven and ask if he could fix it. No response. Not a word. For someone who talks a lot about professionalism, disappearing when something goes wrong says a lot. But hey, glad you finally found the time to respond to this, Alex. If you’re aiming for long-term clients, try actually standing behind your work — not just cutting hair and ghosting when there’s a problem. If you’re looking to build long-term clients, it’s not just about cutting hair — it’s about taking the time to understand each person’s hair type and preferences. That extra care makes a big difference, and sadly, it was missing from my experience. Show more

Going fro...m a long overgrown soccer cut to a shorter modern cut, he turned our baller into a stud.
