I appreciate the atomosphere of Better Images Ii. The team of barbers are individuals but they seem to work together and communicate with each other w...ith professionalism and yes, fun. The atmosphere is a reflection of the owner Ray Braggs. I've known Ray and been having my hair styled by Ray for more than 25 years. Not only myself, but now my teenage son and my father before his passing. Quality cuts, good atmosphere, barbers that try to care for their clients, and competitive pricing is what I always receive in Better Images II. Show more

The atmosphere and other barbers at Images II was incredible. So, why the bad review? Well...to start, Raymond was 43 minutes late and rather than tak...e responsibility he decided to blame the booking system then me for booking with no more than a few hours notice. He should've closed off slots if he didn't want to take customers same day. My friend and I sat patiently then I was the first to get my hair cut. I was a bit unsure of what exactly I wanted but Raymond and I ended up deciding together what would look best. I have thick and long hair so I knew it would be a project to get it short. In the end, he spent over an hour fading the back and sides then doing nothing to the top except butchering the center and front where even gel doesn't help me look presentable. Instead of a beard trim, I was left with a chin strap that I promptly shaved off when I got home. My friend had spent months growing out his hair and beard to a specific style...and in a similar fashion, his hair and beard were absolutely butchered. All of this just before a Thanksgiving family reunion that I'll now have to wear a hat to. Show more

In response ! First of all I apologizell “ 2nd yes I should of closed my books I did go back in Booksy to longer gaps for appointments making “. But I thrive off time management that’s usually not my style being late but with the holidays I did get a little caught up in didn’t check the app for appointments “ in yes you did have a lot of hair in was unsure of wat you wanted. ! Since I have changed my prices on Booksy because that was a lot of hair for my price at that time sorry for any inconvenience

Raymond was cool. Very personable guy like the others in the shop and gave me a pretty good haircut. The only issue I had was his advertised price on ...the website didn’t match his price in the barbershop. But he did honor the price advertised on the website. Show more

I have been getting my Haircut from the same Barber for 15 years. But he's 35 miles from my house. I've tried Barbers close to home but I didn't like ...them. Well I finally found one close to home.
