Rude. Booked an appointment for 4:30, arrived at 4:15. 20 mins pass and my appt is changed on Booksy to 5:20 as I’m sitting right there without a word... being said to me! When I ask the receptionist what happened, she tells me that the customer prior has “a lot of designs.” When I look over to the customer, her nails were still being filed. I informed her I needed to leave by 6, hence why I scheduled the appointment at 4:30. She went to nail tech and told her of the situation to which nail tech responded by shrugging her shoulders like “oh well.” Not wanting to be charged a cancellation fee, I said I would return another day but they were able to accommodate me by asking the other girl to come back later. Sitting in the chair I said I wanted apres gel-x, I guess she didn’t know that so she threw her nail glue into her drawer with an attitude. Only 1 person speaks English . It’s only been a week and the nails are already separating from the gel-x. Never again! Show more

Good morning beutiful, I’ll pay attention on what had happened to you with all my team , I’m sorry to hear that ! Sometimes the previous client schedules one and ends up having more done, call the nail salon this Monday, they should do your nails again if they are lifting, this has never happened before. I apologize for all the inconvenience. Maybe you though my nail tech say that , but she didn’t say that love , she spoke in Spanish to my receptionist that didn’t explain you the situation well , she gave attitude to her , to doesn't explain you . Hope you give us a second try , she will do tht nail for you free . Book and show them what I say ❤️
