Messed up my husband's sideburns and whenever I told and showed him he had the audacity to say we were nitpicking and looking for something. He cut bo...th of our heads and talked on the phone the entire time. He basically said in so many words that he could care less and it wasn't noticable.....BULLSHYT!! We didn't ask for a refund or for him to fix it just wanted to let him know. My husband wanted to just leave it alone but nope. Imma speak my mind because my coins don't come easily. He was extremely arrogant and his response was very unprofessional. I can promise he won't get another $40 out of us EVER!! I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN HIS REACTION! One star is too good but I couldn't leave my review without picking one. Show more
