It’s completely unacceptable for me to have this happen. I’ve sent your deposit back. But I understand that doesn’t replace the time that you’ve lost. I’m also offering 2 free haircuts just to make sure we're whole. I don't like feeling as if I've wasted time. Especially with a customer that’s valued here at Latimer Looks.
