Stylist was 30 minutes late, i told her i had an appointment and needed to come back she threatened to charge me $50 cancellation and said i messed up... her schedule i felt bad and stayed. Big mistake! She was washing my hair pulling it, i asked that she detangle my hair from the bottom up to prevent pulling, she got mad and said she would rinse me out and i could go, on the way out she threw a towel at me, called me old and said i had a loose booty...wild visit will not be back. This appointment was booked and confirmed weeks in advance. 1 hour before, I’m asked to come 1 hour later then once I’m there I’m asked to wait at lea...st another hour or come back tomorrow. This is unacceptable and bad business practices! People make appointments for a reason! I would suggest you go elsewhere unless you just have time to waste! To your response: I understand you have to do what you have to do to represent your brand in a positive light however, there’s no need to spread false narratives. You and I both know this was not about a deposit because if it was, you would’ve or should’ve canceled my appointment 3 weeks ago. And if you would’ve just canceled this morning after I sent the deposit, I would’ve understood considering that’s your policy. I’m in no way slandering your business (which you accused me of via text message) because that would mean that I am telling lies, which I am not. Your appointment wasn’t confirmed until this morning when you finally sent a deposit and I still tried to accommodate. I even offered a 50 percent discount for the inconvenience. Sorry you feel I was not accommodating but I over accommodated by even continuing to still try and honor the appointment you had not sent the deposit for. Feel free to find someone else who does have more time for last minute squeeze ins
