Wow! This is very disappointing as a business professional. I informed you a few times that I was not here to convince you to do anything. I also ensured that you were inolved in every single step of your service. You were happy and engaging. You had 6 hrs of my time to place any concerns. We could've stopped the install at any point. Honestly, I feel like you really just did not know what you wanted. You had a negative response to everything. And considering the questions you asked, I showed you examples of what your hair would look like. You chose what was in your price range. I Even went an extra step to purchase smaller locs (a free $200 upgrade) to assist with your specific case. Against my better judgment, even though you look 100% better after your upgraded loc install, You were not a candidate for any loc service. Note to self: Sometimes, just turn down potential clients who aren’t sure of what they want. Even after a lengthy consultation with loc samples and pictures, even after they decide on date, even after the deposit is sent. Some people just can’t be pleased. And everyone can't rock locs! Sometimes you gotta let people find a blessing elsewhere!
