Herman is unprofessional to say the least. He texted me and confirmed my appointment. Gave me instructions to call him so he could buzz me into the bu...ilding. I called several times before the start of my appointment, and several times after my confirmed 10am appointment. He never answered or called back. It’s sad how the barber industry is going down and this is one example of the lack of professionalism and poor communication within the barber industry, especially with Black barbers. He only gets 1 star due to not being able to leave a review if I don’t rate it.
