I will forever be a client because of it. My son had never met Mike before, yet he ran straight into his arms and was embraced as if it were uncle and nephew reuniting. That alone spoke volumes about his energy and character. As a mom, I truly appreciated how Mike took the time to educate me on proper hair care and how often we should return for cuts. He made the entire experience stress-free, welcoming, and comfortable. Not once did my son cry or ask to get out of the chair, in fact, he was smiling and enjoying himself the whole time.
