Wow!! What an unexpected transition! I have had alopecia for 30 years. I've adapted my hairstyles to whatever alopecia decided it was going to do. Aft...er all these years, there simply was no more adapting that could be done. So I contacted Michael Simpson at Villain Kutz. Family! Not because he's family but because after numerous people I'd see who've been to him, I knew he was the best. I was nervous but it was just time. I called Michael and explained my situation and he immediately reassured me that it was going to be ok. Scheduling in the Booksy App, his promptness to our appointment, his words of encouragement and support helped me feel fully at ease. His equipment made me feel luxurious. 😍😍 After my cut, walked out feeling on top of the world. Before I left he and I revisited him helping me find a resource who does henna crown tattoos. I scheduled with her at Haus of Henna from her website and I just left her chair with her freestyle design (using samples I had provided). Both Mike and she listened and heard my needs and desires of how I needed to feel with a situation that was completely out of my control.
