I’m disappointed with my experience. The app listed the haircut price as $40, but after the service was completed, the barber asked me to pay $50. He ...explained that he had sent me a message indicating the $50 price, but the app still showed the service at $40. This was misleading because I was not clearly informed of the higher price before the haircut began. The haircut itself was good, and I’m happy with the result. However, the pricing should be clear and communicated upfront so customers know exactly what they will be paying. If you’re saying you sent me a message about the $50 price, why didn’t you update the price on the app? If the actual price is $50, it should be listed as $50 on the app instead of showing $40 and then telling the customer about the higher price through a message.
