Booked an appt with Ken but ended up getting Juile. I was the only one in there so it didn’t really make sense to me why that happened when I choose w...ho I wanted to see which was Ken.. but anyway, I was disappointed with this experience. Usually whenever I get my cuticles cut- they push them back first then cut. Which probably is more effective and easier than just attempting to cut it off my nail. She did not push it back on my pedicure nor manicure. I did not get either service for a while due to Covid so I was looking forward to that because my cuticles were overgrown in my opinion. Nor did she cut the little cuticle fly aways above my cuticle. Will not be going back in the future. You would think looking at my nails I got my manicure 2 weeks ago when it was way more recent than that. Show more

I felt ken, his wife Jewel and son Tom really try to make my experience the best they can. They listen to my concerns and gave tips to help. They take... their time and do a really good job. If you have a problem they work with you to solve it. They really take pride, work hard and I enjoy their company. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. I would recommend to my family and my friends.
