Im sorry you feel this way, if you had booked the proper haircut and beard appointment instead of just a haircut, you would have known it is in fact a hour and fifteen minute service(75 minutes) but again you booked just a harcut, i then accomadated your service upgrade as requested upon sitting down knowing it would make me a few minutes late for my next client. I texted the evening before saying i could only accept cash payments, and that we have an atm here, immediatly after sitting down complained about stopping at the bank, i said again "theres an atm right there" and then you said "i wish you would have told me." i said "i texted everybody copy and pasted the text message," your communication and lack of attention to detail from booking your appointment wrong, to not reading my whole text the day prior i would love to see your fixed haircut looks 😂
