This was my first time there. I entered the salon at 12:03pm for my 12pm appointment. No one spoke, no one asked if they could help me. After 10-15 mi...ns I got up and walked over to a stylist who just so happen to be the person I made the appointment with. She said she would be with me shortly. After 45 mins of waiting I decided to leave. I would have loved to experience this beautiful black shop but you all have to respect your clients time just as you’d expect them to respect yours.
