I usually love to go to this place although it can be a little bit pricey. I went yesterday just for a fill and i left with a deep cut and thick bulky... nails. Probably the worst nails I’ve gotten. I believe my nail techs name was hondrix and after he laid down the acrylic, he goes to file my nail which then cuts be on my finger tip. He then just puts hydrogen peroxide and continues my nails and doesn’t say a word. He continues to knock it throughout the rest of my service and he can see i’m visibly in pain due to my exposed bleeding skin. Mind you, the manager/owner was sitting next to him the entire time! Just for some reference, I asked for natural nails with a milky pink. The ends of my nails are extremely thick and it’s weirdly hard to type. As it comes to pay, I had to pay FULL PRICE with no explanation. I’ve been a customer there for about 3 years and now I refuse to go back. *these pictures are from the day after now, the cut healed a little bit as i had to put Neosporin with a sand aid. Show more

I don’t typically have an issue with the service here. Their work is always top tier. Not completely sure what happened on their end but both of my ap...pointments kept getting pushed back. My appointments were not being honored. A walk-in at one point was prioritized over me. I was left with my feet soaking in the tub for over 15 minutes, appointment was now running 35+ minutes behind, just waiting for the next nail artist. I hope this was just a misunderstanding but I had a flight to catch. I paid and left in frustration with only my manicure done and feet soaked. Show more
