I had a 9a appointment and shop didn’t open until 9:15. I asked for a hard gel manicure as listed on the service menu. The nail tech seemed confused. ...I’ve had my nails for 8 days and two nails have fallen completely. Show more

Tiffany did an amazing job on my nails, I was so happy and satisfied after my appointment. Even now I can’t keep my eyes off my nails because I love t...hem so much. Usually, I am quite picky so I end up fixing up my nails at home if they aren’t to my liking but I did not do that this time around. Tiffany has put my faith back in nail salons, I will definitely be coming back for her services! Show more

What a horrible job!!! I would prefer they say they didn’t know what they were doing vs me sitting for two hours just to leave in tears disappointed!!... Maybe if someone else did my nails it would be a different story but man how do you justify bumpy nails?? One looks like it’s broken but it’s just how the acrylic was applied! The shape is wonky and the paint job is so bad my 9 year old does a better job!! There’s no harm in asking for help which is what this male tech should have done! Show more
