Jesse is a real nice guy but he could use some work on Afro textured hair. My hair was taken too low, My wave pattern in the back is off, the line up ...above my ears is very uneven and it is uneven looking at the left side VS the right side. I’m going to need a hat for thanksgiving. The Beard was not cleaned up well at all. Not trying to bash just warn other people of color that this might not be where you want to go. Show more

The picture you showed me when you sat in the chair was about wave length, in which I cut with the 1.5 with the grain/wave pattern. I was also instructed by you to leave your edges the way they naturally are to not push anything back etc. so that's what I did. After the haircut i handed you a mirror in which every thing you are pointing out could’ve been easily fixed at the moment. Besides the hair being “too short”. The beard area cleanliness is as much as my clippers can get without irritating the skin and causing bumps. If a more closer shave is what you wanted, it could have been easily asked for and done when handed the mirror and asked you if everything was ok or anything else I could do. I do apologize that the service was not up to par to my own standards let allow a clients standard. I do invite you in to get the issues resolved. If not i understand.
