At first I was really happy and received a lot of compliments. Just a few days later you could see how poorly they were actually done. Instead of taki...ng accountability I was told it was my fault and that it did not look like that when I left her chair. I don’t wish to slander anyone’s business, but I can only share my real opinion. Also she was half an hour late. I even had my girlfriend go get her kids water to drink and tipped her. I hate that my kindness was taken for granted more than anything. Show more

Hello! Im so glad you love your service! However when everyone leaves my chair I make sure everyone loves there hair and ls very satisfied. If not I'll be happy to fix it, I do apologize regarding the maintenance and upkeep on your hair afterwards. I did offer to redo some no charge however I do not do offer refunds.
