I had an appointment scheduled for 10am today. We are leaving town for a funeral this weekend and wanted my hair done before we leave. At 9:30am Bri c...alled and asked if I could move the appointment to 1130 because her Grandma needed to go to the doctor and didn't have a ride. I was definitely understanding. I texted her at 11am to confirm 11:30 was going to work. She never responded. I arrived at 11:30 and the door was locked. I called her and texted her several times and still received no response. I asked for my deposit to be refunded but of course no response. I saw that there was a couple of other people she did the same thing to. The very minimum she could've done was respond to my many texts and calls and let me know it was going to work today and try to reschedule for another day. Now I have to spend more time and money to get my hair done before the funeral. I already took today off of work specifically for this. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. She ...eventually replied and like others she had been suffering personal issues. She responded and sincerely apologized and immediately refunded the deposit given. Full Color Money Piece/Face Frame Highlight Women’s Long Haircut

DO NOT BOOK WITH BRI.. not only did she cancel my appointment last minute, it took her over a week to get back in contact with me to reschedule the ap...pointment. (I couldn’t go elsewhere because the deposit is ridiculous and took $167 of mine, literally 65% of the service just to get treated this way). After FINALLY getting an appointment with her that worked for both of us, she was LATE to the appointment SHE set which then made me unable to pick my son up from daycare. I was there from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, all I wanted was all over DARK BROWN color with a SMALL money piece.. I left with ORANGE/RED hair. My hair was LIGHTER when I left than it was when I arrived.. I asked to go DARKER. I *very hesitantly* still paid the remainder of the payment because she promised to fix my hair two days later. SHE NEVER SHOWED UP TO FIX MY HAIR. I called and text multiple times with no response, I asked for my money back and have yet to hear back from her. I will attach the reference photo, my hair before and after. DO NOT BOOK WITH BRI. UPDATE on 09/20/2024 : DO NOT BOOK WITH BRI. I very politely asked for my money back considering my hair was NOT what I asked for and I still have not received a response from her. I texted her today and my number is now blocked so we can no longer communicate. I spent twice the amount of money to have somebody else FIX what Bri had done to my hair. The least she could do is give me a refund, but nope, I am officially blocked which is completely unprofessional. I will continue to post here until a refund is received. UPDATE ON 09/30/2024 : Bri STILL has not responded to me or offered any kind of resolution to the problem she created. Show more
