3D Volume 2 Week Fill

Unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. I scheduled an appointment because my long time lash technician has been ill and unable to schedule... appointments. I explained that I do not like heavy and thick lashes, nor heavy lashes in my outer corners - as my lashes are thin and cannot tolerate the volume (I have worn lashes for many years). Upon completion I found that my lashes were extremely hard and heavy especially in the outer corners and very painful (which I have never experienced). So much so, I was forced to contact her on Sunday to inquire about removal. While she was very sympathetic, she advised that I use warm compresses and that she would pay for someone to remove them since she would not be in again until Tuesday - I was not pleased. She seemed to blame my lash technician for the previous work. I understand that technicians have various methods and did not expect identical work, however I did expect her to listen to me and at least attempt to do what I asked. Ultimately, I did use warm compresses for several hours and lashes began to fall off in clumps (they now look worse that they did when I arrived). My eyes are still very sore and swollen. Fortunately, my technician is on the mend and will be attempting to correct the issue. This was definitely a wasted $75. Show more

hi I'm sorry that your experience was less than perfect. yes you said you did not want heavy lashes but you wanted a full 3d Volume set. I even offered to remove them for free.It also saddens me that you signed a contract stating theat this may occur but did not give me the opportunity to correct it. where I made my mistake is I should have never put lashes on top of someone else's work! this is a lesson learned! also if you are reading this as a business owner it's also a great lesson that it doesn't matter how great your customer service or how hard you work you can still receive a One Star Review.
