I ordered personal training from this company 3 monthd ago and have always returned this is my first time booking through booksy.. I am getting result...s and I I feel more energized. The training started in a progressive fashion so when I first started I could barely do 5 push ups , as I kept rerurning and staying committed I can do 20+ and some pull ups, my cardio vascular endurance has increased and im running at 5.0 which is like a warm up for me I like how kimie holds me accoubtable with her amazing meal plans and work out routines 2020 summer almost here and this time im loving my look!
