There is a protical to booking appointments, I spoke to you directly in which you seemed to understand what went wrong, but clearly, you did not. We reached out to confirm that you were coming and to have you send the deposit, you were unresponsive for hours due to work, which is fine but due to the history of appointments made but the client does not show up after lack of proper confirmation, the client who had already entered the salon was considered priority. All of this was explained to you, as well as further accommodations being offered to you for resolution purposes. You did not complete the proper booking process, and I spoke to you directly. You never came in for a service, in which this review is absolutely subjective rhetoric. I hope you have yourself a great day. Be well.
