Booked a social media management session & it never happened, we are in different time zones so I was not informed I had to reach out to her when she ...replied she asked if I was ready right then I was not. Messaged later to see about the session she only replied and said she’s in class until 7:50 my time it’s 9:50 so I’m still not sure about things . I’m really disappointed I would recommend better communication with clients.
