Was disappointed unfortunately. I requested to get my nails done and reached out for specifics regarding the appointment. The time came and went and I... didnt receive a call. It hurts to write this because i love to support small businesses but i had no choice.

Service wasnt rendered. Non-communicative and unprofessional. I texted immediately after I booked, she didn't and never responded to my text. I called... the day before my service because I still hadn't heard anything. She waited until day of service to change time of service, ask questions like am I coming to her, although I clearly booked a travel appointment, say she doesn't do stairs (that's not mentioned on profile) and mention a deposit (again, not mentioned on profile).
