I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I also know and hope that after writing this review they remember me. I booked an appointment and arrived ...15 minutes early. Upon arrival I was told that appointments are not honored and it’s by walk in basis. So I was given my “numbered ticket” and I said okay and kept going for the wash and set. The woman at the front kept apologizing and it felt sincere at first, but little did I really know. She eventually moved me along. However after sitting under the dryer for so long she called one of the girls from the back to blow out my hair. As everyone else was waiting for the main hair stylist. While sitting down getting my hair blown out the stylists did nothing but talk shit in Spanish about me the entire time. Little did they know that I understood everything. They started to call out the other ticket numbers which happened to be less than mine however they never discussed the women that walk in straight to the back without a numbered ticket. There were at least 3 women that I saw that walked in and didn’t have to wait. Needless to say I won’t be returning. They are just so nasty and unprofessional. What a horrible way to run a business. I wish I would have read the lowest starred reviews and wouldn’t have wasted my time and money. They didn’t even do a good job. Show more

I am so thankful that I found Alejandrina Unisex Salon. I had a horrible experience with another salon in the area and at first, I thought I had to t...ravel to NYC to get my hair done. I called Alejandrina Unisex Salon and they said yes they could accommodate me on a Saturday evening. I walked in and was greeted and given a tour of the facility (beautiful, well-designed, offering additional services such as nail care). The welcome area is spacious, you sign in and you are given a ticket once you enter. The service is exceptional, they are friendly and professional. I am so glad that I have found them, and my hair is healthy and glowing, I cannot recommend enough this amazing gem in our community. Show more

I started bringing my daughter to this shop at the age of 12 because it was convenient for me to bring her on the weekend. I was still getting my hai...r done in the city. I got tired of getting it done in the city. Allowed Alejandrina to do it and the rest is history. My daughter is 24 and she doesn't let no one else in orange county touch her hair and neither do I. You won't be disappointed. All of them are great. Show more
