I was wondering if my daughter could get her hair done today as i booked and appointment for yesterday at 4:30 and Bri was not there. The stylist that... was there stated the appointment was for 4 and she couldn't wait so she had to leave but that is not true. I have messaged Bri on Instagram about rescheduling but have yet to get a reply and my daughter is a little upset by this. Maybe this can be rectified today.... Show more

Let me start by saying, I found Bri on instagram and just like anyone who’s using someone for the first time I was skeptical; but as soon as I walked ...into her salon Bri made me feel welcomed. Bri explained to me that she was a little behind and that she would be with me shortly, and baby let’s just say the chic is dangerous with a needle. Bri did her thing with my traditional sew-in, it’s so neatly sewn that you can’t even tell. Will I be back?, of course..Book her for fast,friendly, and professional service done right! Show more

I am highly upset with this appointment and the outcome. I paid $205 in total to end up in Henry County jail to being assaulted because I asked for my... hair cut to be looked at and quick weave to be addressed. I texted Brianna on 2-15-24 on cash app asking her to give me a call please with my # attached. No response then on 2-16-24 @9:38 i called the # that listed she answered I explained that the haircut and closer had major issue then Brianna said I will call you in a hour she was busy and hung up. I waited a hour then called back Brianna didnot answer. I then went there at 1:30ish to speak to her to show her my hair she got Very angry and told me I liked it when I left I explained that I asked for long layers my bundles are cut up that I purchased from her and my closer is up off my head its been 48hrs since you did my hair and can you look at it please. Then I told her that I would wait till she was finished then sat down. Then she said NO I WILL NOT LOOK AT NOTHING AND YOU CAN LEAVE. I asked why are you upset its my bday and my hair that looks crazy then she walked up to me and pushed me then we started to fight she pulled my closer off which was never installed properly from the beginning. The customer in the salon broke us up and she said Im from Chicago b***h then attempt to follow me outside but she got held back. I was in my car which was in shock that that happened then driving off she ran tried to hit my car White Chalenger but I kept going. The police was called and came to my house and arrested me because Brianna told I assaulted her. The police took me to Henry Jail 2-16-24 i got out 2-17-24 When I got home I called 911 filed a report pressed charges and Brianna was arrested. Brianna told police that she couldn't access her camera system at that moment they said she didn't know who to and she would email the video which she never did. I am extremely sorry I gave her my time and energy during my bday week to be turned into a nightmare. Brianna is not professional she didn't want to fix her sloppy work but was ok with taking my money and ignoring my concerns thats was explained in the beginning. The closer should have been secured down and the cut should have been long layers with face framing. I received got2be spray as a layet of protection from the glue a tan cap had to purchase her 2 18" bundles which was cropped up badly. The haircut was not long layers it was uneven my face framing was cut so blunt it was not flowing into the other sections of hair. Then she curled it which I asked for straight long layer because she knew that the installation was poor. You can mask a bad haircut with curls. I Highly recommend never go to this Stylist Brianna you will be highly upset 😡 and pushed on then lied on to fit her self hate. I am requesting a full refund I paid 70 on bookey app 135 on cash app. 175 to get out of jail all on my bday. Horrible customer service!!! Show more
