I’m very pleased. It was my first time and must admit I was very scared and didn’t necessarily know what to make out of the experience and outcome. ...But I must say…she knows what she’s doing. I was used to the way I did my eyebrows but she corrected my mistakes 😂 and gave them a natural shape and look that compliments the shape of my face and age. She explained the process well and sent me home well prepared for what to expect during the healing process. I have received lots of compliments already and am happy I came to her. Gave me attitude as soon as I walked in. I said hi and she ignored me. Asked her how she was doing, still ignored me. She was mad because she tried t...o cancel my appt 5 minutes til, so she can go install a new toilet in her bathroom at home after I drove over a hour to come get my eyebrows done. Then after when I told her I would wait around for her, she told me just to come so I did and she was not happy and showed it all over her face and tone of voice. Then she was talking to her other clients all nice and sweet on the phone . Which was weird, giving how she was acting towards me In person. She did my eyebrows nice but not worth it at all for the attitude that came behind all the money I spent with her. I’ll go somewhere else . Id never treat my customers like this that’s spending money with me. . Be nice stay humble and Show respect and professionalism. It’s not hard. And don’t ignore your customers when they respectfully greet you and don’t try to cancel appts 5 minutes before it’s supposed to start. Show more
