I’m sorry you feel that way, you did receive the $45 service with the haircurt & beard . I thought I informed you that I was out of steam towels today due to washing them since I wash them daily and I forgot to grab them. It was difficult cutting your hair due to consistent moving while I was servicing you and also you requested a specific way for your hair to be cut.
