Worst nail professional experience ever. First she was 35 minutes late for my appointment (appointment was at 11:00am). I was getting a lot of service...s to include removal, short apres set with encapsulated and glitter nails. I made sure to allow for adequate time for the services. After showing up late the service was rushed through and to include sloppy apres tip application, crooked/leaning nails, filing my right pinkie on the side till it bleed, inconsistent shaping and length of nails, no cleaning up under the nails and inadequate cuticles prep. At the start of the service I advised her that I had to leave at 2:15 for work she stated we would definitely be done before then however the appointment ended at 2:30. At the conclusion of the appointment I had to ask for cuticle oil to be provided and had the audacity to ask if I wanted to add a tip. When I took a look the nails when I got to work I noticed just how sloppy the set was I very politely reached out and just got a reply this morning with her making excuses and trying to talk s***. Please take your money and time elsewhere. PS anytime your nail tech doesn’t take pictures of your nails just know they know they did a crap job. And we aren’t going to even mention her talking about the origins of where the stereotype of black people eating chicken and watermelon came from. She inappropriate and unprofessional. Show more

I was so happy to have landed with this jewel and amazing young lady, who is filled with wonderful and intelligent conversation. After arriving 2 hours late and taking 3 hours for this so call mani/pedi. I had the horror of misshapen nails (mind you, these are my natural nails) ...and neglected pedicure.
