Coming from Berkeley, California I haven’t had my hair professionally done in years, due to bad experiences and some people causing my hair to get damaged, this time around I decided to give it another chance. Being that I’m so picky because I know w...hat I want I took the chance to go with Sam.... So I put my trust in “officialsamhair” and he delivered. This was my second round going to the shop within a week lol... when he says “He Got You”, he’s got you!!! The most important thing to me is customer service, and when I say that I mean being professional, on time, patient, precise, having a clean work environment, VIP treatment, no audience (not hella ppl in the shop), addressing ones health hair needs, and overall respecting each other’s time, no ghetto shit... AND MORE!!! He delivered in all areas and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. So if anyone is ever in Atlanta, please check him out! @officialsamhair thank you for giving me what I wanted, you went above and beyond my expectations 🙏🏾👑✨🖤 thank you so much and hopefully I’ll see you on the near future.
